The IBANEZ Standard SR305E BAB 5-string solid body electric bass is a confortable, ergonomic and versatile instrument.
Nyatoh body, five pieces Walnut/Maple bolt-on neck, 24 frets Jatoba fingerboard, Ibanez PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups and active Ibanez preamp.
Nyatoh is a sustainable wood offering sonic similarities with Mahogany. Strond medium frequencies, richness, thickness.
Brazilian Cherry / Jatoba is a tonewood very similar to Pau Ferro. Its warm tone is tempered by a snappy attack. In between Rosewood and Maple.
For 30 years the SR has given bass players a modern alternative. With its continued popularity, Ibanez is constantly endeavoring to answer the wider needs of a variety of players, at a variety of budgets.
